Rucksack Schule

Rucksack School

Learning together – strengthening languages

Education works especially well when parents support and accompany their children on their learning journey. As their most important caregivers, parents provide guidance, build confidence and help children experience learning positively.

“Rucksack Schule” is a free language and parent education programme for parents, children and primary schools. At Grundschule Kronsberg it is offered in cooperation with the City of Hanover.

What does “Rucksack Schule” offer?

The programme focuses on multilingualism and language skills, cooperation between families and school, and intercultural exchange. Parents receive practical ideas for supporting their children with learning and everyday school life. Topics include lessons and parenting, shared learning materials, and discussions with other parents and teachers.

The programme strengthens both families’ home languages and German. Learning together, practical ideas and enjoying the exchange are central to the programme.

Meetings at Grundschule Kronsberg

The “Rucksack Schule” group meets every Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. in room G 0.06 on the ground floor. Walk past the main staircase on the left.

New group members are always very welcome.
