III. Provision of the website and server logs
When you access this website, your browser sends technically necessary data to the web server. This may include your IP address, access date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(e) GDPR in connection with the performance of our public duties. Log data is stored only as long as required for operation and security and is then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation or security-related incident requires otherwise.
IV. Content from the school CMS
Editorial content is maintained in the school’s WordPress system and provided through this website. When images, videos or documents are loaded, your browser may connect directly to the school’s media server. The technical connection data described in Section III is processed in this case.
V. Cookies, audience measurement and external fonts
The public website currently uses no analytics or marketing services, no externally loaded web fonts and no non-essential cookies. A cookie consent banner is therefore not currently required.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide solely to handle your request. Depending on the matter, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(e) GDPR in the performance of our public duties or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures. Data is deleted when the matter has been concluded and no legal retention duties apply.
Professional contact details published on the team page enable direct contact with the relevant members of staff.

This website contains links to external services, such as route planning with OpenStreetMap. Data is transferred to the respective provider only when you open such a link. The provider’s privacy rules then apply.
